malato.
Avevano tutti l'aria affamata.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jump to: navigation, search
English is a West Germanic language that originated from the Anglo-Frisian dialects brought to Britain by Germanic invaders from various parts of what is now northwest Germany and the Netherlands. Initially, Old English was a diverse group of dialects, reflecting the varied origins of the Anglo-Saxon kingdoms of England. One of these dialects, Late West Saxon, eventually came to dominate.

SAVE THE CHILDREN.......

Thanks to Mark Hyman, MD author of this article. Never before in human history have we seen “adult onset” or type 2 diabetes in children. There has been an over 1,000% increase in type 2 diabetes in children over the last two decades(1). Fifteen years ago 3% of new cases of diabetes in children were type 2 diabetes. Now it is 50%(2). Forty percent of children are now overweight and 2 million are morbidly obese, exceeding the 99th percentile for weight(3). Scientists say that we have only 3,600 cases of type 2 diabetes in children(4). Nonsense. Almost all of those 2 million morbidly obese kids have either pre-diabetes or diabetes or

Dear friends,

Uzbekistan's dictator is forcing doctors to cut out women's uteruses without their knowledge or consent to control birth rates. It’s a hideous and brutal attack on women by a US-backed dictator. Call on US Secretary of State Clinton, a champion for women's rights, to immediately cut off her support for the dictator. Click below to sign:

WHY EAT THESE VEGGY ? Perche' mangiare queste verdure ?

Very few get enough vegetables in their diet...but by knowing the facts maybe is easier to choose them when we shop !.

Here are a few of my favorite veggies and reasons why I suggest them to you "
kale Kale: An excellent source of vitamin K, kale’s many health benefits include reducing inflammation, boosting cardiovascular function, and aiding body-wide detox. The dark, leafy green may also play a major role in preventing multiple types of cancer.
broccoli Broccoli: For those looking to lower their cholesterol, the fiber in broccoli may be especially helpful. This cruciferous vegetable  is also packed with vitamins A, K, and D, a nutrient that most people chronically lack. This delicious veggie is also tied to cancer prevention, detoxification, and digestive benefits.
sweet potatoes Sweet Potatoes: Whether your sweet potato is orange, white, or even purple, it’s bound to do your body good. Not only are these tasty starches filled with antioxidants, but they may even help reduce the effects of heavy metal toxicity and regulate blood sugar levels.
zucchini Zucchini: Sometimes referred to as “courgettes” or “summer squash,” zucchini is high in Vitamin C; it’s also known for containing the duo of lutein and zeaxanthin, which are carotenoids proven to promote eye health. Because of its high water content, zucchini is a great cooling food that’s perfect for hot summer days.
collard greens Collard Greens: Much like kale, collard greens have off-the-charts levels of vitamin K, and may even be better at reducing cholesterol levels than their leafy green cousins. To get the most from your collards, skip preparations including foods like bacon that are high in saturated fat.
